After some rumours surfacing, one of this year’s hit title Tomb Raider will be re-released on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 – confirmed at the VGX Awards.
Tomb Raider Definitive Edition has been rebuilt with better visuals with new Lara Croft details like better hair and umm…sweat. Since the PC version of this title takes advantage of AMD’s graphics technology like TressFX which was a debut on this game, it was no surprised that the Definitive Edition utilizes the AMD GPUs in the next-generation consoles.
The Tomb Raider Definitive Edition has been listed for release towards the end of January 2014. We’ll wait for local release confirmation. In the meantime, watch the trailer here.
UPDATE: Tomb Raider Definitive Edition has been confirmed for release in Australia & New Zealand on the 30th January, 2014. Pre-order now and get an art book packaging.
